Owner disbursements are processed monthly on the 10th

You can schedule a showing directly by visiting our Available Properties page. Just choose a home, select a time that works for you, and we’ll take it from there!

Yes, you can but we recommend having someone you trust view the home on your behalf. Photos and videos help, but they may not show every detail. If you can’t tour in person, we’ll just ask you to sign a Sight-Unseen Agreement before we process your application.

Rent can be paid online through your Tenant Portal using a bank account, debit, or credit card. You can pay in the office with cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Checks are made payable to Pace Home Rentals.
